So before I started my personal fitness journey using TLC products like CBD Tea & NutraBurst I weighed 198lbs. Although i dont mind being thick or having a big number on the scale but ehat mattered to me is the fact that i knew I was carrying most of that weight in my belly. I also was hesitant to try traditional dieting or exercising because i like my thick thighs and my butt lol. usually those are first places i lose weight which is not what I wanted. Nor was i daring enough to go through with plastic surgery which i have seriously considered several times in life. But i knew thats not what i really wanted either. I just wanted to lose this bloated ass belly I was toting around. Then I stumbled upon IASO TEA by way of a facebook friend and honestly it was the business opportunity that I was first interested in. But after signing up I quickly realized that if I could find results using the products myself then they would be that much easier to stand behind. You know the saying, be a product of the product. So anyway, needless to say i started using the products for the last 4 almost 5 months now and i have no plans on stopping. I am now down to 180lbs and counting. My goal weight is 175lb. Im so close and super excited about it. The products i been using personally each month since i started using them is the Full Spectrum Lemon CBD Tea & NutraBurst Original. Last month I did switch from the regular NutraBurst to the NutraBurst+ which I personally like better. But not only have I lost weight, i feel better, i have little no anxiety anymore, my skin is clearer and my hair is silkier. I've noticed that my nails even grow faster now. Ntm i no longer have insomnia issues like I used to. Im just so thankful I decided to try the products I sell because now Im one of my own top customers!! I will use these products forever because with results like this without ANY crazy diets or working out, who wouldn't?!! Just AMAZING!!!

![]() Hi readers! Anytime I share a affirmation post with you, as I will often, my suggestion is to read it over or out loud 3x back to back. Through this repetition you will find that these thoughts and emotions will become embedded into your subconscious over time. So as I like to say, "Say it w/ me x3" 🤗 AFFIRMATION: I face challenging situations with conviction and courage. When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and I am tougher than anyone I know. I persevere until a challenge is conquered. I refuse to give up under any circumstance. I always make it to the finish line. When I face a challenge, I can feel my courage growing. It grows so much that I believe I can accomplish anything. I can overpower any challenge. I can outwork any competitor. I am a courageous person that can do whatever is necessary. I have conviction. I believe in myself. I know that I can find a solution to any challenge and implement that solution successfully. I am so capable that I am free from worry. Most things work out for me. When the smoke clears, I am the one left standing. I am the one that is victorious. I am successful so often that I only expect success. Today, I am growing and evolving. Challenges are a wakeup call for the most powerful parts of my mind and personality. I am at my best when life stops being easy. Self-Reflection Questions: 1. How do you normally react when faced with a challenge? How would you like to react? 2. If you reacted to each challenge in your life with conviction and courage, how would your life change? 3. What am you going to do the next time you face a challenge? Share your answers with me in the comments. ![]() Of all the ways there are to increase your personal power, gratitude tops them all. Being appreciative for everything you have and having the desire to help others to feel the same level of appreciation. It is hard at times. There can be occasions when you feel guilty for spending on life’s luxuries. The feelings of compassion, empathy, and guilt for those who will never have the same. Personal power increases your sense of empathy so know that you are on the right path and improving. When your guilt stems from empathy and compassion for others, change your mindset. Visualize the look on others people faces when you do something for the greater good. 3 Ways to Feel Grateful Without Feeling Guilty: Pay it back When you feel compassion for others who have less than you, the best way to give is to be of service. Not by giving away money because you can’t buy happiness. You can give away happiness, and that's just by giving people something you know they will appreciate. Your time. If you then feel guilty about not having the time to be of service, an online search for a local charity is where to donate because there are voluntary organizations that need the cash to help provide for those in need. You can donate to registered charities in under ten minutes. You do have time. Stop Comparing Comparisons are the pathway to negative emotions that eat away at your positive power. The instant you start comparing yourself, your feelings, attitude and what you have in comparison to others, you are opening yourself up for guilt. From a young age, we are taught that we should be grateful for everything we get because others are worse off. So, guilt is ingrained us. That needs let go. Just be grateful without bringing a comparison into it. Use Your Gratitude to Serve Those Dear to You Better Being grateful for the people you have in your life – as support, mentors, friends, and shoulders to lean on – can bring about guilt too. How can I say (or write) I’m grateful for my family when I act like work’s my main priority? Decide to make the change and spend quality time with those you're grateful to have in your life. Do a home visit, a video call or phone the person. Don't just type things into private messages on social media. Speaking to people instead of text messages strengthens relationships. Use your guilt to drive change for the better. Don’t let it deplete your energy. |
